The General Partner of the Fund is EWF Management, LLC, a limited liability company existing
under the laws of Delaware, U.S.A. The General Partner is owned by Messrs. Sabin, Dreimann,
Rue and Sullivan. Theses Principals, as the controlling members and managers of the General
Partner, on behalf of the General Partner, will make all wine purchasing and sale decisions and
control the management and affairs of the Fund.
DAVID SABIN
Mr. Sabin is the founder, owner and vintner of Sabina, a Napa Valley boutique winery. He is also the
Chairman of the Board of Matt Lamb Studios, LLC, which has the exclusive rights to sell Matt Lamb
Art in North America. He is the retired Chairman of Salton, Inc. Mr. Sabin has been a connoisseur
and collector of fine wines since 1990.
LEON DREIMANN
Mr. Dreimann was the Chief Executive Officer of Salton, Inc. from its inception in August 1988 until
April 20, 2007. Mr. Dreimann currently serves as a trustee of the Goodman Theatre in Chicago,
Illinois, and is a director of the Housewares Charity Foundation. Mr. Dreimann has been collecting
fine wines since 1987 and is a noted connoisseur.
WILLIAM RUE
Mr. Rue is the retired President/Chief Operating Officer of Salton, Inc. Mr. Rue was directly
responsible for all treasury, financial and operating activities including warehousing and
information functions.
Messrs. Sabin, Dreimann and Rue were the founders of Salton, Inc. and are the originators of the
George Foreman Grill and other innovative electric appliances sold under well-known brand
names. Under their management Salton grew from first year sales of approximately $10 million
to a worldwide high of $1.2 billion. As a result of their efforts they were awarded the Ernest &
Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Consumer Products.
DANIEL SULLIVAN
Mr. Sullivan was Group Publisher Senior Vice President at Viacom's Nickelodeon Cable TV
unit. There he co-founded and directed all operations of the multi-title Nick Magazine Division of
periodicals and colaborated to direct the launch of Nickelodeon Online. Mr. Sullivan brings a seasoned knowledge of fine
wines from his more than 25 years of tasting, traveling, recommending, buying and collecting the
fine wines of the vintages. He has studied wine with numerous merchants and wine professionals
and received a WSET Higher Certificate with Merit from the UK Wine and Spirit Education Trust.
His extensive travels have taken him through the major wine regions of Europe and California to
taste firsthand from producers.
